Dysport might have a slightly quicker onset of action than Botox and some  of my Dysport patients reports a longer duration than with their previous Botox Treatments. I think both Dysport and Botox have equal results and as with any type of treatment  results are variable depending on the patient. I think Dysport has a  faster onset 1- 4 days while Botox has a onset of 4-13 days.
